The Front Desk Associate is responsible for performing tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. She will be responsible for assisting and managing the concerns of the new and existing clients and will help achieve the sales target set by the management. Will be in charge of: Administration tasks like scheduling, recording and maintaining clinic data, and supporting clinic staff Greeting patients and assisting patients in a professional yet warm and friendly manner Handling patient inquiries and recommending specific treatments and products being offered Coordinating logistics for daily order deliveries from the clinic Upselling our products to clients and customers Additionally: Undergo training for all our facials, treatments, and products Support with training all new FDA on our services and SOPs Ensure our FDA’s are up to date and undergo regular refresher training. As a Physician Assistant, you will be aiding our doctors in performing procedures for our patients. You will be responsible for preparing patients before undergoing treatment. You will work directly with a cross-functional team that includes dermatologists, facialists and our patient relationships team to provide the best patient experience in the country. Key Responsibilities: Undergo training for all Remedy treatments Prepares patients for treatments, and assists doctors in performing procedures. Provides quality care of patients post-treatment, and provides documentation and endorsement. Prepares materials and equipment needed for procedures. Provides healthcare education to patients. Uphold high quality customer service by assisting customers efficiently and in a courteous manner at all times.

As a Facialist Aesthetician, you will be our patient's primary technician to help treat their skin needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin procedures and will be trained under Remedy's procedures. You will work directly with a cross-functional team that includes dermatologists, laser nurses and our patient relationships team to provide the best patient experience in the country. Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits, such as HMO and government benefits, like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and salary loans. Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTEs), Notice of Decisions, memos, and other disciplinary documents. Conduct administrative hearings, ensure due process for employees involved in violations, & recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on company policies and labor standards. Support our team by performing end-to-end recruitment (collaborating with hiring managers, screening resumes, scheduling candidates, conducting interviews, preparing offers) for a variety of roles. Facilitate Onboarding & Offboarding activities.
