Role Overview:

The Senior Content Lead acts as the Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director. This role is responsible for developing the overarching content strategy, managing the editorial calendar, and ensuring that all creative output—text, visual, and video—aligns strictly with the brand’s voice and business objectives. The Senior Content Lead transitions from pure creation to leadership, supervising the Content Production Team. They are responsible for quality control, workflow optimization, and integrating Generative A.I. tools to scale content production while maintaining brand authenticity.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy &amp; Editorial Management 

<ul>
	<li>Develops and owns the monthly and quarterly Content Calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales goals.</li>
	<li>Defines the "Content Pillars" and creative direction for all platforms (Social Media, Website, In-Store Digital Signage).</li>
	<li>Collaborates with the Junior Marketing Analyst to interpret performance data and adjust content strategies based on audience engagement and ROI.</li>
</ul>

 

2. Team Leadership &amp; Quality Control

<ul>
	<li>Co-manages the department with the Marketing Strategist.</li>
	<li>Supervises and mentors the Content Creator and Junior Content Creator, assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and conducting performance reviews.</li>
	<li>Acts as the final "Quality Gatekeeper" for all published materials. Reviews and approves captions, scripts, graphics, and videos to ensure they meet TEI’s aesthetic standards and brand guidelines.</li>
	<li>Facilitates creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.</li>
</ul>

 

3. Brand Voice &amp; Community Guardianship

<ul>
	<li>Maintains and evolves the TEI Brand Guide, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.</li>
	<li>Oversees community management strategies (executed by the Junior team) to ensure customer inquiries and comments are handled with the H.E.R.R.O.I.C. values (Customer First).</li>
	<li>Manages crisis communication on social media in coordination with the Marketing Strategist.</li>
</ul>

4. A.I. Tool Integration &amp; Workflow Optimization

<ul>
	<li>Leads the adoption of A.I. tools (e.g., ChatGPT for script ideation, Midjourney for storyboarding, A.I. video editing tools) to increase the team's output speed and efficiency.</li>
	<li>Establishes "A.I. Usage Guidelines" to ensure that AI-generated content remains authentic to the brand and factually accurate.</li>
	<li>Optimizes the content production workflow (from ideation to publishing) to reduce bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.</li>

The Content Integration Intern ensures that site content is properly and accurately set up during website development. To do that, he/she needs to regularly coordinate with project managers and web developers. They also need to be familiar with basic HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities include:

Uploading and maintaining pages and blog posts of various websites

Uploading content and photos of real estate listings

Creating saved property searches or real estate hot sheets

Setting up 301 redirects

Setting up templated websites and their content

Assisting in the migration of websites from one server to another

Job Description:

As a Content Writer at M2.0 Communications, you will be part of our team of storytellers, creating content that shares our clients’ stories, promotes our brand, and makes an impact across different platforms:

	<li>Develop content for 7Gen and clients through the creation of comms plans, blogs, press releases, scripts, social media copy, photo captions, briefing documents, blog posts, and other required written output</li>
	<li>Coordinate with the Content Editor and Account Managers to understand stakeholder and client needs and campaign requirements, including any possible challenges in execution</li>
	<li>Manage and maintain 7Gen social media accounts across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the wider team to ensure improvements and successful implementation of campaigns</li>
	<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions for pitches and join presentations to clients</li>
	<li>Report to the office at least twice a week, every Monday and Tuesday, for face-to-face collaboration</li>
