GINGERSNAPS Philippines

What you’ll do:

	<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas aligned with the seasonal theme.</li>
	<li>Contribute to discussions on color palettes, silhouettes, fabrics, prints, graphics, and embellishments to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing collection.</li>

	<li>Create manual sketches for brainstorming and concept development.</li>

	<li>Work with graphic artists to develop seasonally themed prints, graphics, and embellishments.</li>

	<li>Work with pattern makers on styles requiring draping or mock-ups, ensuring the Sample Dept. understands the garment construction.</li>
	<li>Complete all details to ensure smooth proto-sampling.</li>

	<li>Provide constructive feedback to streamline the fitting process, reducing the need for revisions and ensuring efficient proto-sample production.</li>
	<li>Demonstrate expertise in fitting denim garments for both men and women, ensuring comfort, style, and functionality.</li>

	<li>Apply specialized knowledge in denim design, including washes and treatments, to enhance garment aesthetics and durability.</li>

Fashion Designer

<ul>
	<li>Prepare detailed cabinet shop drawings and technical plans. </li>
	<li>Convert concept designs into production-ready drawings. </li>
	<li> Produce 3D models, exploded views, and assembly drawings. </li>
	<li>Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, joinery, and hardware placement.</li>
	<li>Design modular cabinet layouts for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and storage systems</li>
	<li>Optimize cabinet configurations for space efficiency and functionality. </li>
	<li>Develop standard cabinet modules and components. </li>
	<li>Work with interior designers and architects to interpret design intent.</li>
	<li> Coordinate with production teams and fabricators to ensure manufacturability. </li>
	<li>Provide technical support during fabrication and installation.</li>
	<li>Specify materials, laminates, finishes, and hardware.</li>
	<li>Ensure compatibility with manufacturing processes and supplier standards. </li>
	<li>Ensure cabinets integrate properly with walls, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li>
	<li>Ensure drawings follow company standards and industry practices. </li>
	<li>Can understand how modular cabinets are structured and standardized.</li>
	<li>Prepare bill of materials (BOM), cutting lists, and hardware schedules. </li>
