Overview:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this position has responsibility for managing strategic markets within the company. This position leads a team of associates (all direct reports) being General and Reporting Accountants, Fixed Asset Accountants and Factory Accountants. The incumbent is involved with continuous improvement activities which further improve financial processes and controls and is responsible for the ongoing management and development of subordinates reporting to this role.

<ul>
	<li>Lead R2R team and handle month end, quarter end year-end – preparation, own smooth execution &amp; ensure books are closed on time.</li>
	<li>First pass yield review of the work performed by other team members</li>
	<li>Experience in detailing the process in form of narratives and flowcharts</li>
	<li>Significant experience in preparing financial reports, Regulatory reports, Portfolio management &amp; Reporting, Financial system maintenance</li>
	<li>Ensure all month-end activities are completed within the agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per targets as applicable.</li>
	<li>Handle aligned process (as applicable) - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.</li>
	<li>working knowledge in excel spreadsheets and sophisticated data</li>
	<li>Experience in Reporting submissions, Leasing submissions, Open item follow-up, RCAs, Business follow-ups &amp; Accounting.</li>

Key Accountabilities:

	<li>Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.</li>
	<li>Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.</li>
	<li>Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.</li>
	<li>Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with stakeholders and executive directors.</li>
	<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>

Reporting Task

General Duties

<ul>
	<li>Monitor and oversee the auditing process from start to finish. Collaboration with external auditors.</li>
	<li>Ensure there absolutely no discrepancies in the data or figures.</li>
	<li>Assess the audit for accuracy and compliance.</li>
	<li>Ensure all audits work in a time bound manner.</li>
	<li>Ensure audits are conducted periodically.</li>
	<li>Use best practices to conduct high quality audit</li>
	<li>Use the data collected to propose strategies to improve efficiency and compliance.</li>

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Schedule workload for the entire finance team.</li>
	<li>Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.</li>
	<li>Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.</li>
	<li>Liaise with other departments and executive management.</li>
	<li>Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.</li>
	<li>Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements.</li>

LENA - Lately, Everything Needs Analytics

As our Data Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a team of Data Engineers embedded in various client accounts. You will be responsible for people development, performance management, delivery oversight, and organizational influence—working closely with our Head of Data Engineering and the Data Engineering Council.

You are expected to bring deep engineering experience to provide mentorship and coaching, challenge designs, and model sound engineering judgment—especially in solving ambiguous or poorly scoped problems, rather than writing code full-time.



Resposibilities:

People Management

	<li>Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers (mix of junior and senior)</li>
	<li>Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning</li>

Technical Leadership

	<li>Provide development and standards for implementing the data engineering lifecycle and its undercurrents, such as Observability and Software Engineering for each Data Engineer</li>
	<li>Review technical work periodically (e.g., PRs, architecture proposals)</li>
	<li>Collaborate with senior engineers and the Data Engineering Council to set engineering standards and reuse strategies</li>

Project Support &amp; Delivery Oversight
