We’re looking for curious, people-first Gen Zs who are ready to launch their careers in tech and business. If you're a fresh graduate with internship experience or someone who's led student orgs, joined competitions, organized events, or actively contributed to your community, this role is for you.

As a Business Development Associate, you will work directly with HR professionals, recruiters, startup founders, and even CEOs from the Philippines and abroad. Your main responsibility is to close sales deals and generate revenue for Kalibrr. You will guide potential clients through our solutions, show them how Kalibrr works, and help them subscribe to the right plan. You don’t need years of experience. What you need is strong communication skills, a love for people, and a mindset that is eager to learn.
