The Senior Content Lead acts as the Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director. The position ensures the proper installation, operation, and restoration of lighting, sound, video, flying systems, rigging, and stage configurations in accordance with venue standards and safety protocols.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

I. Pre-Production Support

 

<ul>
	<li>Assists in reviewing technical requirements submitted by the production team to ensure compatibility with venue facilities
	<ul>
		<li>Coordinates with the Resident Technical Director (RTD), Lighting Designer (LD), and Sound Designer (SD) regarding lighting, sound, and video layouts</li>
		<li>Reviews proposed lighting, speaker, microphone, projector, and screen configurations for proper rigging and setup</li>
		<li>Assesses flying schedules and identifies equipment requiring integration into the fly system</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Supports preparation of venue configurations prior to installation

		<li>Reviews stage layout and configuration requirements</li>
		<li>Reviews seating plans and staging adjustments in coordination with the technical team</li>

II. Production Operations

	<li>Implements and supports the installation of technical elements within the venue

		<li>Performs rigging of lighting, sound, and video equipment</li>
		<li>Conducts cable plotting and ensures safe and organized routing</li>
		<li>Assists in lighting focus, speaker adjustments, and technical alignment</li>

	<li>Ensures safe rigging and operational practices during the production period

		<li>Conducts safety checks on installed lighting, sound, and video fixtures</li>
		<li>Assists in the execution of all flying and rigging requirements</li>

	<li>Supports stage operations and venue setup

		<li>Implements approved staging configurations</li>
		<li>Assists in setting up in-house platforms and seating</li>

III. Post-Production and Maintenance

	<li>Assists in dismantling, restoring, and resetting venue equipment to standard configuration after each production

		<li>Ensures proper storage and safekeeping of technical equipment</li>

	<li>Monitors and reports equipment condition

		<li>Conducts routine checks of lighting, sound, video, and flying systems</li>
		<li>Reports equipment damage or safety concerns to the Resident Technical Director</li>

	<li>Assists in maintaining venue staging platforms and seating facilities</li>

IV. Online and Remote Production Support

	<li>Coordinates remotely with on-site maintenance and security personnel when necessary</li>
	<li>Assists in video editing, animation, and graphics preparation for online productions</li>
	<li>Supports documentation, planning, and budgeting for upcoming online productions</li>
	<li>Coordinates with production stakeholders and prospective participants for online events</li>

Art Director will lead the art and multimedia direction of our campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who can move fluidly between conceptualization, hands-on production, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration. He/she will be responsible for elevating the visual output of the agency, ensuring ideas are strategically grounded, creatively strong, and flawlessly executed across digital, on-ground, and traditional media platforms.

Creative Development &amp; Conceptualization

	<li>Lead visual ideation for campaigns, content series, key visuals, OOH, digital ads, video concepts, and brand storytelling.</li>
	<li>Translate strategic inputs and briefs into strong creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.</li>
	<li>Provide artistic direction throughout creative development, from initial sketches to final output.</li>

Multimedia Art &amp; Technical Execution

Production &amp; Execution Management, Trend &amp; Cultural Immersion

	<li>Oversee production workflow from conceptualization, storyboard development, and pre-prod to shoot and post-production.</li>
	<li>Attend and contribute to pre-production meetings (PPMs) and client/agency alignments.</li>
	<li>Provide creative oversight during actual shoots—guiding composition, framing, art direction, and continuity.</li>
	<li>Work closely with producers, directors, and editors to ensure output adheres to the creative vision.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on digital platform trends (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).</li>
	<li>Monitor innovations in OOH, event installations, experiential marketing, and brand activations.</li>
	<li>Apply relevant trends to enhance concepts while maintaining strategic focus.</li>

Client Presentation, Collaboration &amp; Mentoring, Cross-Functional Leadership

	<li>Partner seamlessly with CMG (Accounts), Business Development, Media &amp; PR, CXG and Tech/Web teams.</li>
