2. Consent &amp; Documentation

	<li>Ensure clients complete the required consent form/link authorizing Ylopo to utilize their submitted video for digital twin creation.</li>
	<li>Monitor outstanding consent requirements and follow up with clients as needed.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of video submissions, consent completion, status, and outstanding client requirements.</li>
	<li>Ensure videos are not processed until the appropriate consent requirements have been completed.</li>

3. Digital Twin Production 

<ul>
	<li>Upload and process approved client videos using HeyGen Digital Twin Studio.</li>
	<li>Generate digital twin videos using different available looks, settings, and configurations.</li>
	<li>Run test scripts to evaluate the digital twin's appearance, voice, delivery, and overall presentation.</li>
	<li>Make appropriate adjustments within the available Digital Twin Studio settings to improve output quality.</li>
	<li>Become highly familiar with the Digital Twin Studio workflow and continuously improve efficiency and output quality.</li>

4. Quality Control &amp; Attention to Detail 

<ul>
	<li>Review generated videos carefully for visual and presentation quality.</li>
	<li>Develop a strong eye for what looks natural, professional, and appropriate for Ylopo clients.</li>
	<li>Identify issues such as unnatural movements, facial expressions, lip synchronization, visual inconsistencies, awkward delivery, or other quality concerns.</li>
	<li>Conduct basic quality control before videos move forward in the production process.</li>
	<li>Flag significant issues or limitations to the appropriate person and recommend adjustments when possible.</li>
	<li>Maintain consistency in quality across different client digital twins.</li>

5. Workflow &amp; Communication

The Blog Content Coordinator supports the production and publishing of engaging blog and video content. This role is responsible for transforming selected blog content into visually appealing assets and AI-generated videos using tools such as ChatGPT and HeyGen, while ensuring that the final output meets quality and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a good eye for design and video quality, and understands the fundamentals of effective digital content. They should be able to recognize when an AI-generated video looks or sounds unnatural and identify issues such as mispronunciations, awkward movements, unusual sounds, or other inconsistencies before the content moves forward for review and publishing. While this is not a client-facing role, the position requires decent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with writers and other members of the content team.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Content Asset Creation

	<li>Receive the blog post selected for daily production from the Blog and Content Writer.</li>
	<li>Use ChatGPT and other approved tools to create or support the creation of thumbnails and visual assets for blog content.</li>
	<li>Add approved thumbnails and visual assets to the corresponding blog post.</li>
	<li>Ensure visual elements are relevant, appealing, and aligned with the content.</li>
</ul>

 
2. AI Video Production 

<ul>
	<li>Prepare blog content for conversion into AI-generated video content.</li>
	<li>Use HeyGen to create videos based on approved blog content and scripts.</li>
	<li>Develop a strong understanding of what makes AI-generated videos look and sound polished rather than overly artificial or robotic.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot basic issues encountered during the video generation process.</li>
</ul>

 
3. Quality Assurance 

<ul>
	<li>Conduct an initial quality check of AI-generated videos before they are submitted for review.</li>
	<li>Identify and flag issues such as:</li>
</ul>

- Mispronunciations

- Incorrect or awkward delivery

- Unnatural facial expressions or movements

- Strange sounds or audio issues

- Visual inconsistencies

- Robotic or overly AI-generated presentation

- Other quality concerns that may affect the viewer experience

4. Content Workflow Coordination

	<li>Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of the content production process.</li>

Primary Responsibilities – Technical Assistant (Major Shoots):

	<li>Assist the production team during shoot days by setting up and packing down lighting, audio, and camera gear</li>
	<li>Ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly and assist in on-set troubleshooting</li>
	<li>Act as technical custodian, managing inventory and maintenance of production equipment</li>
	<li>Safely transport, organize, and care for all technical gear before, during, and after shoots</li>
