<p>We are looking for a Paralegal to work closely with our Corporate Lawyer in supporting the legal needs of the Group. You will handle the day-to-day execution that keeps our legal and regulatory work moving — corporate housekeeping, contracts management, SEC and DOLE filings, litigation support, and legal research. If you are organized, discreet, and energized by solving practical legal-operational problems, this role is for you.</p>

<h1>What You'll Do</h1>

	<li>Maintain corporate records and prepare draft board resolutions, minutes, and Secretary's Certificates for all entities.</li>
