Reporting to the Senior Content Lead, the Content Creator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of TEI's digital content across all active social media platforms. This role shoots, edits, and publishes photo and video content, writes captions and hooks, and maintains the daily content calendar in alignment with the brand's voice and campaign objectives. The Content Creator works as an individual contributor focused on high-quality, on-time execution. This role actively participates in campaign brainstorming, uses AI tools as part of daily production, and provides observational support during agency review cycles under the supervision of the Senior Content Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Content Production &amp; Execution 
• Shoots photo and video content on-site during store visits, brand activations, influencer events, 
and marketing campaigns. 
• Edits raw footage into platform-ready, engaging short-form content using CapCut, native social 
platform editors, and basic Adobe Premiere Pro. 
• Designs supplementary marketing materials and daily social assets using Canva and accessible 
design tools. 
• Writes engaging captions, hooks, and supporting copy for all posts and campaigns — including basic 
scripts for assigned content. 
• Follows provided scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs closely and delivers outputs within 24 hours

SEO Content Specialist

Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area. It now serves as the Philippines’ government center with the legislature and other important government offices located in its area. The Digital Content Specialist / Writer is responsible for producing clear, compelling, and data-informed digital content that supports Quezon City’s investment promotion, startup development, and economic development initiatives. The role translates economic data, policy updates, and city programs into engaging digital narratives that increase awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and deepen engagement with investors, startups, and ecosystem partners. This position supports campaigns and events through consistent, high-quality content across digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Research and Content Development 
Conduct research using national, regional, and city-level economic literature, policy documents, and industry reports to support investment promotion and startup development initiatives

 

Content Creation and Storytelling 
Develop high-quality written and visual content, including press and feature articles, social media posts, website content, newsletters, and IEC materials 
Translate technical information, economic data, and policy updates into accessible, audience-appropriate digital content

 

Digital Communications and SEO Support 
Apply basic SEO and content marketing principles to improve discoverability and reach of digital content 
Support content planning and publishing across official digital platforms and websites

 

Event and Campaign Content Support 
Produce event-related content such as announcements, speaker features, post-event highlights, and documentation materials 
Coordinate with events and marketing teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery before, during, and after activities

 

Brand Consistency and Quality Control 
Ensure all digital content adheres to the city and office’ brand guidelines, tone, and messaging frameworks 
Maintain consistency in visual style, language, and narrative across platforms

 

Content Performance Monitoring 
Assist in tracking basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic) to support content refinement and reporting
