Main Area of Responsibility:

The Channel &amp; Partnerships Manager is responsible for operationalizing and scaling Sprout’s partner ecosystem to achieve the target total revenue contribution by 2026. This role centers on the end-to-end enablement of Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Referral Partners.

The Specialist will act as the "engine room" of the Alliance team converting high-level strategy into "channel-ready" product materials, automated incentive structures, and consistent training programs. By bridging the gap between internal product teams and external partners, you will ensure that Sprout’s HR solutions including Peoplebox and RAAS, are seamlessly integrated into partner portfolios and consistently converted into measurable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

		<li>Develops and leads the annual AGSB Marketing Plan, defining strategic priorities, major campaigns, and performance targets</li>
		<li>Develops and recommends program- and campus-specific marketing strategies to promote the different programs and tracks of the AGSB by following the principles and guidelines set by the Dean and Marketing Advisory Council, while considering the needs of each program, track, and satellite campus</li>
		<li>Creates and presents an annual marketing calendar anchored on strategic marketing themes and details corresponding campaigns, timelines, and activation plans for each theme</li>
		<li>Conceptualizes and executes integrated marketing campaigns, including above-the-line and below-the-line initiatives, to increase brand awareness and student enrollment</li>
		<li>Leads the conceptualization and design of marketing collaterals and activation events in coordination with Satellite Campus Directors and Program Directors</li>
		<li>Develops and recommends content of press releases, print ads, and AGSB communications across all platforms in coordination with the Communications Officer and Marketing Advisory Council</li>
		<li>Oversees AGSB’s social media and digital presence to ensure brand and content consistency, engage audiences, and drive program awareness and enrollment</li>
		<li>Conceptualizes, plans, and implements relevant marketing events, both on-campus and offsite</li>
		<li>Oversees and ensures the integration of the different databases for each part of the Marketing and Sales Funnel</li>

	<li>Brand Management

		<li>Ensures AGSB’s brand purpose and value proposition are consistently reflected across all communications by establishing brand standards, reviewing materials, and enforcing proper use of logos and messaging in compliance with UMCO policies</li>
		<li>Identifies potential brand ambassadors from AGSB alumni and students and features them in marketing campaigns and collaterals</li>
		<li>Analyzes AGSB brand survey results and communicates insights and developments to the Dean and the Marketing Advisory Council</li>

	<li>External Relations

		<li>Gathers and analyzes market intelligence, including competitor strengths, weaknesses, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages, to identify new business opportunities</li>

		<li>Identifies and cultivates partnerships with brand-aligned organizations to support AGSB promotion and visibility</li>
