Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Performs efficient sourcing, scheduling, screening, of all applicants.</li>
	<li>Conducts initial interview and test administration</li>
	<li>Timely deployment of personnel request</li>
	<li>Prepares appointment paper, employee clearance, and certificate of employment</li>
	<li>Prepares the 201 files of employees</li>
	<li>Maintains files of applicants’ pool with completed requirements.</li>

The Benefits Officer oversees the timely administration and delivery of the day to day benefits operations/functions. She/he is responsible for the management and execution of benefits processing for both company initiated and government mandated benefits. She/he ensures that employee concerns, queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. She/he reviews all benefits applications and documents, ensures compliance to guidelines and completion of required supporting documents to facilitate processing of benefits. The Benefits Officer establishes and maintains good rapport and relationship with government and private benefit providers of the company.
