Position Summary

The Technical Director (Video Production) will lead CHiNOY TV’s technical and post-production operations, ensuring high-quality output across all content platforms.

This role combines hands-on video editing and shooting with technical oversight, including equipment management, workflow optimization, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate is both a strong editor and a technical problem-solver, capable of elevating production standards while ensuring efficient and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Operations &amp; Systems Management

	<li>Ensure all tools and systems are optimized, maintained, and up to date</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing, storage, and production workflows</li>

2. Post-Production Leadership

4. Shooting &amp; Production Support
