I. Content and Multimedia Production 

<ul>
	<li>Designs and develops marketing materials (e.g., posters, flyers, social media content, infographics, and presentation materials) for use across web, social media, print, and other online platforms</li>
	<li>Translates creative briefs into high-quality, on-brand design outputs aligned with requirements</li>
	<li>Develops and adapts design templates and layouts to suit different platform requirements (print and online)</li>
	<li>Formats, reviews, and prepares creative assets for print and digital production</li>
	<li>Maintains and manages a library of visual design templates and multimedia assets</li>
	<li>Updates existing marketing materials across print and online media in a timely manner, including course-related information (e.g., schedules, fees, locations), as well as AGSB CCE website graphics</li>
</ul>

II. Brand and Marketing Support

<ul>
	<li>Collaborates with the AGSB CCE Marketing Group and the University Marketing and Communications Office (UMCO) to ensure visual alignment with campaign objectives</li>
	<li>Assists in the conceptualization of creative strategies for content marketing and social media engagement by providing input and recommendations</li>
	<li>Keeps abreast emerging design, video, and content trends to keep the brand’s creative output fresh and relevant</li>
</ul>

III. Administrative Support

<ul>
	<li>Prepares and submits weekly reports on the status of creative projects to the Head for review</li>
	<li>Provides creative, production, and logistical support for visual communications, publications, marketing collaterals and event design</li>
</ul>

Role Overview

At Leaf, the Graphic Designer plays a key role within the Creative team, delivering high-performing ad creatives and supporting internal brand initiatives.

This role is split across two main areas:

Creative Services (Client work) – designing high-converting ad creatives

Internal Projects – supporting marketing, brand, and company initiatives

You will act as a Creative Lead for a portfolio of clients, owning the end-to-end creative process—from research and ideation to execution and client presentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Services (Client Work)

Lead the creative execution for assigned client accounts

Translate campaign briefs into high-converting ad creatives

Conduct research &amp; analysis:

Review performance data (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, internal reports)

Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives

Design assets using:

Figma (primary tool)

Adobe Suite (for asset preparation, motion, and video editing)

Present concepts and final creatives to:

Internal Creative team

Performance Marketing team

Clients (acting as main creative point of contact)

Manage feedback cycles and ensure timely delivery

Deliver final, approved assets ready for campaign launch

Maintain and update:

Client documentation (“Client Cards”)

Creative testing insights and learnings

Track time spent across projects

Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing to analyse results and identify opportunities

2. Internal Creative &amp; Marketing Projects

Support internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) with:

Website design

Social content

Slide decks &amp; presentations

Video and podcast editing

Blog and brand assets

Contribute to:

Company OKRs

Process improvements

Internal branding and visual identity

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and follow defined project workflows

3. Collaboration &amp; Communication

Work as much as possible in UK hours to be aligned with clients and team members

Manage tasks via tools like Notion, Slack, and email

Maintain clear and proactive communication with:
