Area of Responsibility:

Graphic Design:

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including:

		<li>Brochures, flyers, posters, and event assets (e.g., banners, invitations, custom email signatures, booth layouts)</li>
		<li>Social media graphics and visuals for platforms such as, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram</li>
		<li>Website banners, graphics for email campaigns, video, and infographics</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics by ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand colors, typeface, and other visual and written content requirements.</li>
	<li>Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to understand design requirements, develop strategies, create materials, and implement revisions from draft to final output.</li>
</ul>

Quality Control and Publishing:

	<li>Review and ensure all digital and printed marketing materials meet quality standards.</li>
	<li>Organize, upload, and manage marketing materials according to planned schedules, supporting efficient access across teams.</li>

UI/UX Design:

	<li>Assist in the design and development of engaging, user-friendly experiences for digital systems, considering functionality and usability.</li>
	<li>Support the team in developing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web interfaces, applications, and marketing touchpoints.</li>

Senior Graphic Designer

Graphic Artist is responsible for producing creative visual materials that support the Company’s marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for its automotive accessory and car care product lines. The role focuses on the design and execution of marketing collaterals across print and digital platforms for assigned brands such as air fresheners, car shampoos, and automotive cleaning chemicals. This is an entry-level role requiring strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to execute materials in line with brand guidelines and marketing directions. 
 
 

II. Duties and Responsibilities

A. Design and Creative Execution - Create marketing collaterals including posters, flyers, social media graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials for assigned automotive accessory and car care brands.

	<li>Support multiple brands handled by the Company (e.g., air fresheners, car shampoos, and cleaning chemicals) while maintaining distinct visual identities.</li>

C. Coordination and File Management - Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding design requirements, timelines, and priorities.

	<li>Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for easy reference and reuse.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely submission of final artwork in the required formats for print, social media, and online platforms.</li>

	<li>Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire design training.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’.</li>

	<li>Discover any opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedback and performance.</li>
	<li>Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the Creative team.</li>
	<li>Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative.</li>
	<li>Serve as an information resource for, and liaison between, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues, opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means.</li>
