Profile Overview:

	<li>This role involves managing regional customer relationships, addressing queries, and driving business growth through proactive lead generation and conversion. The candidate will focus on upselling to existing customers, handling escalations, and recommending product improvements. </li>
	<li>Regular regional travel is required to align business operations with local needs and strengthen customer engagement. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will develop campaigns, expand the prospect database, and generate new business opportunities to exceed sales targets. </li>
	<li>Additionally, the role demands timely reporting to the Line Manager and a strategic approach to business development, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction in the region.</li>

Responsibilities:

	<li>Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.</li>
	<li>Cold calls to prospects are generated by a variety of outside sources.</li>
	<li>Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.</li>
	<li>Schedule appointments and demos of eZee Products/Services.</li>
	<li>Occasionally, visit local properties to demonstrate our SAAS.</li>
	<li>Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.</li>
	<li>Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.</li>

Key Competencies for the Role:
