As a Property Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find their ideal properties while achieving your personal sales goals.

What You’ll Do

As a Broker Relations Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our real estate licensed brokers and internal teams. Your main goal is to recruit, train, and support them so they can thrive—and close deals more effectively.

	<li>Generate Leads: Build and maintain a strong database of real estate licensed brokers through research and outreach. Set appointments and help create opportunities.</li>
	<li>Support Brokers: Assist brokers by answering queries, helping with documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and transactions.</li>
	<li>Coordinate Sales Activities: Act as a link between brokers and the sales team—schedule meetings, help with contract processing, and follow up on opportunities.</li>
	<li>Train and Develop: Offer learning and development sessions for brokers to help them improve their skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and Greenfield projects.

Who We’re Looking For
