We are seeking a driven and people-focused HR Recruitment Officer to take charge of our end-to-end recruitment process and support broader HR functions. This role will not only focus on attracting and hiring top talent but will also contribute to key human resources initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement, records management, policy implementation, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building a strong and inclusive workforce. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition

		Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

		Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
		</li>
		<li>
		Post job advertisements on various platforms and track their effectiveness.
		</li>
		<li>
		Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
		</li>
		<li>
		Conduct initial interviews and pre-employment assessments.
		</li>
		<li>
		Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates to candidates.
		</li>
		<li>
		Maintain recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
		</li>

		Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
		</li>

HR Operations &amp; Support

	Maintain and update employee records and databases (physical and digital).

	Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

	Support the administration of employee benefits, leaves, and attendance monitoring.
	</li>

	Help organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and training sessions.
	</li>
	<li>
	Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
	</li>
	<li>
	Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying relevant employee data.
	</li>

HR Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement
