		<li>Reconcile cash receipt report with prepared and issued cash receipts at the end of the day;</li>
		<li>Respond to suppliers and contractors’ inquiries on status of accounts payable invoices and coordinates with Accounts Payable Supervisor, as needed, regarding queries of suppliers and contractors on matters other than release of checks;</li>
		<li>Maintain the master file of cash receipt vouchers and duplicate copies of cash receipts and official receipts; and;</li>

The Junior Accountant is primarily responsible for maintaining and recording day-to-day financial transactions under Loft, which include, but not limited to, A/P, A/R, payroll and tax compliance.

The Junior Accountant will work closely with the General Accountant and Accounting Supervisor. S/he should also be able to effectively coordinate with the Loft Sales Team and August 99 Money Matters Team. S/he must also ensure that all transactions are properly documented and address all discrepancies and concerns as they arise.

The Quezon City Polytechnic was created on March 1, 1994 by virtue of the City Council Ordinance No. SP-171 an institution to primarily undertake the training and development of qualified technicians and skilled workers.

The Three-Year Technician Curriculum was introduced in the SY 1994-1995 designed to develop highly competent technicians for industry in the areas of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Welding Technology, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology, and Fashion Technology.
