Duties/Responsibilities:

Art Direction

<ul>
	<li>Brainstorm, suggest, critique, and demonstrate design and layout concepts that exemplify SlideGenius design standards.</li>
	<li>Support Art Director and team operations, as needed, to translate written or recorded client communications into actionable design direction.</li>
</ul>

Client Communication (Written Only)

<ul>
	<li>Draft professional, well-structured client communication to clarify design direction.</li>
	<li>Support discovery activities through written correspondence, reviewing recorded calls, and internal pre-design planning.</li>
</ul>

Design Facilitation

<ul>
	<li>Conducts thorough quality control reviews of designer outputs for delegated projects, before client delivery, ensuring art direction is followed, brand standards are upheld, and client expectations are met.</li>
	<li>Guide and mentor designers to uphold high creative standards, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve optimal project outcomes.</li>
	<li>Exhibits true team player qualities and versatility, addressing Designer clarifications, as needed, to the best of their ability.</li>
</ul>

Design Execution

<ul>
	<li>Provide design support during periods of high demand or capacity overflow.</li>
	<li>Act as lead designer on select projects identified by an Art Director.</li>
	<li>Execute art direction with strong visual impact by correctly applying design principles and adhering to brand guidelines.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate project files, version control, and uploads to SharePoint.</li>
</ul>

Project Operations

<ul>
	<li>Support Art Directors through proactive execution of project scoping and quality control tasks.</li>
	<li>Contribute to hitting team KPI goals, especially those related to design quality and delivery timelines.</li>
	<li>Participate in daily scrums and leadership meetings to support team progress and project priorities.</li>
	<li>Update internal time and project tracking software accurately and consistently.</li>
	<li>Participate in project/account/portfolio reviews development/maintenance to support team operations. and brand resource</li>
	<li>Stay current with internal communications, creative updates, and workflow changes.</li>
	<li>Practice critical thinking and creative problem-solving to address project challenges.</li>
</ul>

Team Development

<ul>
	<li>Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales, training and development personnel, and fellow creatives.</li>
	<li>Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers, helping to elevate creative output.</li>
	<li>Support design team development, including tasks for internal feedback and contributions to designer performance reviews.</li>
	<li>Contribute to regional or team events, fostering a strong and connected creative culture.</li>
	<li>Uphold all company protocols, workflows, and quality standards through best practices and professional conduct.</li>
