Key Accountability Areas Assist with day-to-day operations of HR department.  Support and assist in HR tasks such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Off-boarding, Timekeeping, Employee Benefits Administration, and Employee Engagement.  Create a positive employee experience and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation.  Recommend process improvements in the form of automations, usage of different tools, and process flows.  Facilitate timely resolution of employees’ HR related concerns.  Support all internal and external HR related inquiries. Monitor and request for HR supplies as needed.  Perform other HR tasks/duties as assigned.
