Job Description

Key Accountability Areas

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR department. 
  • Support and assist in HR tasks such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Off-boarding, Timekeeping, Employee Benefits Administration, and Employee Engagement. 
  • Create a positive employee experience and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation. 
  • Recommend process improvements in the form of automations, usage of different tools, and process flows. 
  • Facilitate timely resolution of employees’ HR related concerns. 
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries.
  • Monitor and request for HR supplies as needed. 
  • Perform other HR tasks/duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

  • Preferably with one (1) to three (3) years relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. 
  • Has a good command of the English language - both oral and written. 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details. 
  • Can work under minimal supervision. 

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or Human Resources
