Key Accountability Areas
- Provide basic healthcare and first aid services in cases of illnesses and emergencies
- Maintain the inventory of the medicines and other medical equipment
- Conduct healthcare screening and prevent healthcare problems at the workplace
- Develop innovative health and safety programs and practices in the workplace
- Assist in coordinating and delivering health and safety standard programs
- Maintain internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assess the workforce and workplace for health risks and safety following regulatory requirements
- Disaster and emergency planning
- Assess the safety standards of the company and check if any work conditions are hazardous
- Monitor employee’s physical well-being for recording and reports purposes
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace
- Maintain health records and other related documents of the company and employees with strict confidentiality and professional ethics
- Prepare and maintain annual medical reports
- Coordinate with external healthcare and insurance providers as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Occupational Health
- Has taken at least (40) hours Basic OSH training course for OH Nurses
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license
- Certified First Aider
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
