Job Description

Client Management
- Builds and nurtures relationships with key clients.
- Understands client setups, requirements, and pain points.
- Assists in configuring WTI solutions based on client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Tracks KPIs and provides regular performance reports.
- Prepares reports and suggests action plans to address issues.
- Project Management
- Supports the preparation of the Project Charter.
- Assists in planning project activities and schedules.
- Ensures smooth communication between project stakeholders.
- Analyzes reports and participates in quality checks.
- Facilitates workshops and training as needed.
- Manages daily project tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or any related field.
- 1 year of experience in account management, project management, customer support, and business analysis.
- Preferably with experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of web and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills across various management levels.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
