Remedy is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our team! You will be at the front-line of Remedy and will provide chat-based support for Remedy’s patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Handle, triage and answer inbound customer messages on our social media, text, and web channels</li>
	<li>Monitor, track and report daily volumes of inquiries, appointments and completed bookings</li>
	<li>Build and maintain the knowledge base so we have a standard response for common inquiries</li>
	<li>Reach out to patients who have complete treatments to solicit Google Reviews</li>
	<li>Assist in optimizing the patient journey to ensure we have a seamless booking experience across all of our channels</li>
</ul>

Patient Support Specialist

	<li>Lead client onboarding and product implementation</li>
	<li>Meet with clients to understand requirements</li>
	<li>Translate client needs into clear instructions for operations and agents</li>
	<li>Work with product, tech, and ops teams to execute the setup</li>
	<li>Make sure agents understand the product and process before launch</li>
	<li>Support existing clients when changes happen</li>
	<li>Manage SLAs and day-to-day delivery</li>
	<li>Handle issues and solve problems quickly</li>

The Website Project Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that clients who have purchased Agent Image X, Agent Pro, Property Pro, Semi-Custom, and Access websites receive best-in-class websites and customer service.

They also:

<ul>
	<li>Assist our clients through the website production process until their website is launched.</li>
	<li>Act as the bridge between our clients and the development team.</li>
	<li>Ensure the project remains within scope.</li>
	<li>Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis.</li>
	<li>Try to keep the project timeline within the approved schedule.</li>
	<li>Proactively make suggestions to clients on how to improve their online presence through industry best practices.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities include:

<ul>
	<li>Manage the website projects in production.</li>
	<li>Must maintain excellent customer relationship.</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking web project issues and drive their resolution.</li>
	<li>Create project status reports and deliver status updates to clients and manager.</li>
	<li>Determine what our clients’ goals are and provide expert advice on how clients can achieve these goals.</li>
	<li>Is responsible in ensuring that our clients are provided the services that they need in order to achieve their business goals.</li>
	<li>Provide support on internal and client projects.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with our Los Angeles office by phone &amp; email.</li>
	<li>Anticipate errors in the projects prior to clients calling customer support or sales.</li>
	<li>Successful launch of projects with little to no tweaks from Quality Assurance.</li>
	<li>Be Proactive in reviewing the websites for possible issues and revisions.</li>
	<li>Establish smooth communication between clients and our development team, enabling different departments to work effectively and meet/surpass clients' expectations.</li>
	<li>Should not have more than 1 Valid escalation or escalation that lead to cancellation for the last trimester.</li>
	<li>Is able to zero out non-contacts every end of the week.</li>
	<li>Undergo and pass Advanced IDX training.</li>
</ul>

The job responsibilities include everything related to customer service and happiness.

	<li>Provide superior customer service by understanding customers' needs.</li>
	<li>Answer queries and provide complete and accurate information to help users perform tasks.</li>
	<li>Meeting with clients face to face to do product demos.</li>
	<li>Handling of online product demos to demonstrate the app and holding webinars.</li>
	<li>Updating of internal help articles and documentation.</li>
	<li>Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
