Customer Success Manager Remote  

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring account satisfaction, and driving consistent value delivery. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and account growth.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years experience in account management, client success, or a related role (experience in aesthetics, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and proactively
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Bonus: Background or exposure to WiFi networks, Smart TV devices (Amazon Fire Stick, Google TV), and IT troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Gmail/Outlook and customer support tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
• Willing to work US Time Zone
