Job Description
The Customer Service Chat Support engages with customers, providing top-notch assistance, resolving issues, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in our ecommerce platforms. Responsible for assisting customers with their online platform needs, queries, concerns.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree

Experience as a Customer Service Support or similar CS role in ecommerce industry or environment

Familiarity with our industry is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Able to multi-task

Amenable to shifting schedule - flexible schedule and graveyard
