Job Description

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage High-Value Enterprise Accounts: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention while maximizing revenue goals
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategize for Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth within the pharmacy sector and B2B market.
  • Drive New Revenue: Identify through self-prospecting, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to generate additional revenue streams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the pharmacy and B2B sectors.
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and report on account performance, growth strategies, and revenue generation.
  • Business Development Acumen: Plan, upsell and detail the client needs. Complete the contracts, prepare the appropriate paperwork, coordinate with the appropriate teams in Albertsons and resolve any issues, complaints, and problems to ensure quality product delivery and partner satisfaction
  • Interpret Data and Implement Strategic Responses: Present data-driven insights that highlight the impact of sales strategies and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Platform Performance: Effective Sales Pipeline management using an established CRM tool. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge and understanding of pharmacy and health industry
  • Experience in self-prospecting, qualifying, objection handling and closing deals
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and negotiating skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Ability to work well with senior management.
  • Ability to work efficiently and confidentiality
  • Proven track record of a consistent ability to surpass targets and provide quality service to partners
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
