A. Client Strategy & Growth Acceleration
- Lead strategic planning sessions with clients to align growth roadmaps with their business goals, market realities, and organizational capabilities.
- Tailor growth playbooks by sector (e.g., channel expansion for FMCG, key account penetration for Pharma, digital adoption for Agri-tech, etc.).
- Identify and size up revenue growth opportunities such as distribution improvement, pricing optimization, product mix strategies, and whitespace mapping.
B. Performance & Insights Consulting
- Analyze sales, channel, and operational data to generate insights that drive real-world commercial impact.
- Develop diagnostic tools, dashboards, and performance reviews customized by industry.
- Guide clients in using category data, trade intelligence, shopper behavior insights, or B2B customer analytics to improve decision-making.
C. Operational Discipline & Process Improvement
- Conduct client audits to assess weaknesses in current sales, marketing, trade, or operational processes.
- Recommend best practices in S&OP, key account management, demand forecasting, and route-to-market strategies.
- Embed a continuous improvement mindset through the deployment of process frameworks.
D. Capability Building & Change Management
- Design and facilitate workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions for client teams (e.g., sales force, trade marketing, brand managers).
- Support onboarding of new systems, planning tools, or KPIs across teams.
- Champion the adoption of a data-driven and customer-centric culture within client organizations.
E. Client Relationship & Account Leadership
- Serve as the strategic lead for 3–5 major client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and functional heads in sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Collaborate internally with analysts, subject matter experts, and consultants to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Agribusiness, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.

5+ years of experience in consulting, category/trade/brand management, commercial planning, or business development in relevant sectors.

Exposure to diverse industries (FMCG, Pharma, Agri, Electronics, Construction B2B) is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize data into actionable strategies.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional client teams.

Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, and planning or CRM systems is a plus.
