The PMO Engineer is responsible for the technical management, quality control, inspection, and turnover of residential housing units under the company's real estate development projects. The role ensures that all units and common areas comply with DHSUD, Pag-IBIG, bank, and internal quality standards prior to turnover to buyers.

The PMO Engineer plays a critical role in final inspections, punch listing, defect management, and smooth turnover of units, while also assisting in early-stage property operations and coordination with homeowners and the Homeowners Association (HOA) of subdivision developments. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

	<li class="text-justify">Conduct inspection and punch listing of housing units and common areas prior to turnover</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Coordinate and facilitate Pag-IBIG, bank, and other external inspections</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Ensure units are fully compliant and ready for inspection and turnover requirements</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Monitor and verify completion of all punch list and rectification works</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Assist in turnover of units to buyers, including walkthroughs and documentations</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Address and validate technical concerns raised during inspections and turnover to ensure proper resolution prior to acceptance</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Coordinate with buyers regarding unit concerns, schedules, and acceptance</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Supervise contractors for repairs, finishing, and corrective works</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Coordinate with DHSUD regarding documentation and compliance matters</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Ensure quality compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and turnover documentation</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Compliance &amp; Documentation teams on project completion and turnover schedules</li>

I. Section Management
