Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing simple letters and other correspondence;
- Drafting, revising and finalizing Secretary's Certificates and board resolutions;
- Drafting, revising and finalizing minutes of board and shareholder meetings;
- Attending board and shareholder meetings and transcribing the minutes of meetings;
- Coordinating with other departments on their requests for legal assistance and support;
- Assisting the lawyers in corporate housekeeping duties;
- Supporting the lawyers in their projects and transactions by collating documents, preparing files, etc.;
- Coordinating with external parties on various matters relating to LRG;
- Coordinating with and supporting the paralegal and other legal secretaries; and
- Performing other administrative duties as may be requested by the lawyers
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- With at least 3 years experience as a secretary in a corporation or a law firm
- Good communication and writing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
