Job Description
Email Marketing Account Manager responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact and nurture positive collaborative work between Lively Bee Studio and up to 10 clients.
- Email marketing account monitoring. Analyzing the metrics used to identify client progress and success such as engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Strategy planning with the Clients to meet and exceed their goals. Translate said strategy to a clear set of directions to fellow team members to execute, both for monthly campaigns and automation (flows) optimization.
- Plan and giving directions for experimentations or optimization tests.
- Oversee and monitor project management and delivery.
Day to Day
- Monitoring email marketing performance across all accounts and define opportunities for improvements
- Oversee email marketing delivery and execution
- Client communication: planning, approvals, updates, and follow ups
- Monthly client calls
- Monthly campaigns and flows strategy planning
Type of Employment:
Collaboration contract, depending on number of projects.
Hours:
Flexible, preferably to overlap at least 4 hours with CET working hours (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM CET)
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Holistic understanding of eCommerce
- Holistic understanding of Email and SMS Marketing
- Fluent English-speaking
- Client management experience is a must
- Klaviyo experience is preferable
- Holistic understanding of branding
- Self-starter and accountable
- Comfortable of working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule to fit with the workload, deadlines, and teams schedule, without direct supervision
- Team player - good communication skills, helpful, and ask for help when needed
- Learner - you are curious, open to learn new things, and motivated to get better
- Kind.
