- Operations / Warehouse
- Develops and implements operational plans, policies, and strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and short- and long-term business objectives.
- Leads long-range business planning and overall Operations strategy.
- Oversees warehouse operations, efficiency, and performance.
- Acts as approver for warehouse inventory and reconciliation.
- Recommends and drives continuous business and process improvements for Operations and warehouse functions.
- Admin / People Management
- Oversees administrative and operations support staff.
- Ensures effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and staff programs.
- Visual Merchandising
- Oversees visual merchandising strategies and execution across all retail locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing in-store presentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Operations within a retail or FMCG company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with a systematic work approach.
- Demonstrates both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Willing to provide operational support beyond regular hours when business needs require, including occasional weekends.
