* Editing is a basic technical skill, you will not receive higher compensation for just completing editing tasks > increase compensation is based on whether your edits increase our stats/Kpis/metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
> Meet our Team's daily Marketing Deadlines
> Edit short form and long form videos
> ability to follow instructions on how to edit videos and images for social media
> edit and create graphics for various projects
> ability to edit videos quickly to help the team meet their deadlines

Work Hours
*Full-time 40 hours per week, work schedule is based on your time zone and must be consistent but must attend our morning marketing huddle mon-fri 8:09am cst - 8:45am cst

Qualifications:

* Must be highly organized and highly detail oriented
* must be Humble to learn and execute, via under the direction of our Chief Marketing Office
* must be self-motivated, and not require another person to motivate you

Computer/Laptop/Internet Requirements:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet
• Intel Core i5 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb ram
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
