What You'll Be Doing

<ul>
	<li>Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and support of security technologies across customer environments, including SIEM, EDR, Email/Web Security, and Cloud Security tools. </li>
	<li>Support onboarding and integration of log sources, security controls, and endpoint solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.</li>
	<li>Work collaboratively with the PMO and engineering team to contribute to successful delivery of security projects and tasks.</li>
	<li>Respond to customer queries and escalations with professionalism and a focus on accurate, timely resolution.</li>
	<li>Conduct initial troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue investigation across supported platforms.</li>
	<li>Maintain high-quality technical documentation and contribute to service transition artefacts.</li>

Work Structure (0-Hour Contract)

This role operates on a flexible 0-hour contract, meaning there are no guaranteed hours. Work will be offered when client demand becomes available. As new clients join, shifts and coverage requests will be shared with the team, and contractors can confirm availability.

You will be added to a team communication channel where available work is posted. When you accept a shift, you will handle incoming calls remotely during that time. This structure allows flexible working hours based on availability and business demand.
