Job Description
- Financial and Investment Analysis - Assist in providing financial analysis to determine the impact of key factors on the investment case and valuation. This may include conducting research, challenging the validity of assumptions, evaluating the impact of deal structures & financing options, and preparing management reports and presentations.
- Development and Implementation of Group-wide Financial Policies - Assist in ensuring that group-wide financial policies relating to investments, divestments, mergers, acquisitions and material capex are developed and optimized in a timely manner.
- Development and Implementation of Best Practices - Assist in identifying and/or developing best practices across the Group that can be shared and institutionalized
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
- With at least 2 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
- Has at least basic knowledge on preparing and reviewing financial models and business valuations
- Good communicator, highly analytical, agile, with high initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- CPA certification would be an advantage
