- As an HR Intern, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the Learning & Organizational Development team, including but not limited to:
- Onboarding activities (General Onboarding, Functional Onboarding);
- JVCO Transition, upcoming roadshows, enablement programs;
- Other L&OD programs as needed
- Perform other HR ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Education – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or recent graduate.
- Related Work Experience – Previous experience with administrative, reporting, coordinating tasks, and other Human Resources procedures (OJT experience is acceptable).
- Knowledge – Basic understanding of HR, Labor Law, administrative, and office procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability and respect for confidentiality
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Workplace / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
