QA Manager  

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance team/s and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. Creates testing strategy and makes sure that it is implemented according to set standards and procedures.

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinates product testing processes. Identifies the overall product quality assurance strategy.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Ensure implementation of Quality Metrics and suggest improvement.
• Spearheads Quality Assurance reporting and continuous improvement.

Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

Related Work Experience – At least 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager

• Experience in handling multiple quality assurance team/s
• Experienced in handling automation and manual testing engagements
• Must have strong business/client engagement skills.
• Must be assertive, results-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Must possess strong negotiation skills.
• Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs / Timeline
