Job Description

Arbitrail is expanding! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing BPO team.

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are driven to meet performance goals.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

At least 6 months BPO experience or customer service experience

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.

Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.

Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination.

resolve customer issues via Zendesk and log interactions efficiently.

Handle additional tasks as assigned by the clients team.

Deliver consistent and high quality customer experiences.
