Job Description
The Reports Analyst will be tasked to do the following:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity with operations.
- Assist in creating and developing effective QA process tracking tools and strategies.
- Create reports and analyze data for Management's use Maintain monthly reports of Management related to performance/manpower
- Help out in other data-related tasks from Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare processes, regulations, and terminology is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in QA, ideally in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection
