HR Specialist I Employee Engagement I Work From Home  

Job Description

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is looking for a dynamic, creative, and engaging HR professional, with specialization in Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. We need someone who has experience in payroll processing, as well as planning/spearheading activities for employees.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.
• Work with other departments in identifying areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Build relationships with team leadership and staff.

Others:

• Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
• Support other HR functions if needed (employee documentation, liaise with other external providers, etc.)
• Perform payroll tasks as needed

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources, handling Employee Engagement.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
