- Assists the Finance Manager in the statutory consolidation by reviewing, reconciling and validating the completeness and accuracy of inter-company transactions, inter-company variances, trial balances, elimination, investment (including but no limited to capitalization, conversions, merger and acquisitions), new entity set up and ownership based on assigned group.
- Implements and maintains Systems (like Anaplan, Odoo, QBD, QBO, Macro, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Provides expertise and assistance in identifying area/s for improvement, development/coding, testing and validating any concerned systems.
- Documents (minutes, business processes, improvements, etc), files, maintains archives (physical and soft copy), and subsequent ease of retrieval, whenever needed but must not divulge or disclose any confidential or proprietary information
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management, BS Accounting Information System (or its equivalent)
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With at least 1 year of related work experience in implementing systems and at least 3 years experience in controllership and financial consolidation
- Adept in MS Excel, Google Sheets and other productivity tools
- Willing to learn new systems/technology like different ERPs and Anaplan
- Innovative and able to suggest business process improvement
- Knowledge in Odoo and Anaplan is a plus
