Sales & Marketing Assistant  

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist with a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management/Marketing to join our growing team.

Although this position is posted under United Facade, the role will primarily support our sister company, Westpoint Architectural Products, focusing on marketing, business development, and sales activities related to railing systems and facade solutions.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s services and project portfolio to prospective clients—particularly through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently, while also collaborating closely with technical and engineering teams across both companies to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Experience in client relations is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
• Educational background in Architecture or Engineering (preferable).
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge or background in construction, facade systems, or related industries is a strong plus.
• Having experience in client relations is an advantage
• BEducational background in Business Management or Marketing is an advantage
