Facade Drafter Remote Philippines  

We are a U.S.-based construction consultancy seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Façade Drafter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for façade systems (curtain wall, window wall, ACM, metal cladding, glass, etc.)
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and consultant drawings
• Coordinate with project engineers, estimators, and production teams to ensure design accuracy
• Maintain CAD standards and drawing consistency across projects
• Ensure all drawings meet project requirements, specifications, and deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade or curtain wall drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or SolidWorks knowledge is a plus)
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and fabrication details
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience working with U.S. or international façade projects is an advantage
