- Coordinate shipping documents and proofread them for mistakes
- Reviews paper works and documents to insure the shipping, handling storage charges, and makes sure that customs fees are billed correctly.
- Manages the import traffic force and monitors all stages of import shipments.
- Coordinates transportation of product from country of origin to final destination for both air and ocean.
- Monitors containers under Customs X-Ray holds to assure payments and releases are made efficiently
- Tracks the travel of the shipment, from dispatch to delivery, making certain goods reach the recipient in good condition and on time.
- Performs trouble-shooting and analysis on all unreleased containers; making the necessary corrections.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
- At least two (2) years experience in Import Processing & knows all import documents.
- Knowledge in computing duties, taxes lodgement, and portal docs to Bureau of Customs (BOC).
- Can start immediately.
- Adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
- Has good communications skills both written (emails) and oral.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
