	<li>To establish efficient and effective inventory management and uphold the proper storage management (cold chain) for vaccines. Upholding the 2-8 degrees temperature requirement all the time while in the warehouse.</li>
	<li>Receives all incoming stocks and conducts physical count of all deliveries. Responsible in reconciling any discrepancies through proper documentation.</li>
	<li>Conducts physical inventory weekly, monthly, and annually.</li>
	<li>Analyzes inventory level per sku and provide feedback to FOM and SBM for any sku within the critical level. Recommends SKU for replenishment.</li>
	<li>Record and monitor the temperature of chillers minimum 2x a day. Ensure that all products are stacked in an orderly manner and observe FEFO (near expiry stocks are dispensed first).</li>
	<li>Ensures organization of pharmacy or warehouse. Acts as a warehouse manager of the smaller hubs.</li>
	<li>Ensures that all licenses to operate are renewed.</li>
	<li>Ensures that all product CPRs are updated, renewed.</li>
	<li>Must work with the Regulatory Manager for FDA updates and compliance</li>
	<li>Responsible for conducting risk assessment and change control assessment</li>
	<li>Responsible in handling the product complains and product recalls.</li>
	<li>Support immediate manager by directing warehouse/hub activities and oversee all aspects of daily deliveries and order fulfillment.</li>
	<li>Monitors activities of work team to ensure that safe practices are in place and being demonstrated.</li>

Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

Analyze key metrics including vendor fill rate, lead time variability, and Forecast (FC) inbound capacity to maintain inventory turns.

Identify and communicate current and future inventory issues, as well as developing plans.

Participate in cross-functional manufacturer and vendor reviews, driving vendor operational improvement.

Participate in innovative, metric trimetric-driven projects to achieve supply chain excellence.

Utilize forecasting software and exception reporting to reduce forecast error and achieve category forecast accuracy targets.

Determine causes of root error and implement processes to drive operational efficiency.

Manage the monthly sales forecast while working alongside supply chain partners and monitoring key metrics.

Collaborate with business partners to understand marketing activities, ensure optimal stock levels and plan, and lifecycle management of the product portfolio.

Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
