Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Repair Support Engineer to join our Technical Service Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Repair Support Engineer is a member of the Repair Support Section that is responsible for providing technical assistance to dealer network for hard to diagnose cases.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in data analysis and technical report writing and presentation.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Provide repair support to dealers for vehicle hard to diagnose cases.
- Creation of Technical Report for assisted cases and Field Evaluation Report for safety related cases.
- Coordination with Toyota Internal Affiliates regarding Customer Handling and Marketing activities.
- Collaboration with Toyota Regional Affiliates and Dealer Network for repair support activities.
- Facilitate serviceability Kaizen request to Regional affiliates as part of market concern improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical report writing skills and presentation
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Sharepoint, Office, Forms, Outlook, Presentations)
- Knowledge in SAP application and Vehicle Diagnostic Software is an advantage

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or equivalent.

MUST HAVE a basic knowledge in Automotive repair and diagnosis.

MUST HAVE a valid Philippines Driver's License.
