Customs Brokerage Operations Manager  

This role involves managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory control while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, releasing of shipment from terminal port to delivery area.
• Monitor and enhance supply chain performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Familiar with Tariff laws and computation and Bureau of Customs.
• Supervise and guide logistics staff, traffic coordinator, customs representatives, port representatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and maintain strong partnerships.
• Track, analyze, and report on logistics metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgets and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Implement technology solutions and systems to streamline operations.
• Work closely with procurement, customer service, and other departments to align logistics with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must possess solid experience in customs brokerage, including handling import and export documentation and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
