Job Description
Our team is looking to hire a remote full-time Social Media / Graphic Designer Assistant.
In this capacity, you’ll steer our online presence, strategically shaping social media narratives to boost visibility, ignite engagement, and generate leads. Join us in this exciting journey where innovation meets impact.
We are looking for someone who has solid experience with Canva/social media and who can proactively produce direct social media posts and engage with our audience.
This position is not suitable for social media administrators/coordinators. You will be joining a fast-paced environment where there is consistent learning.
In this capacity, you will learn extensively about SEO, social media marketing, and neuroscience marketing. Our firm is continuously reinventing itself. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brands.
- Curate compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Conceptualize visually appealing designs for digital media.
- Engage proactively with audience feedback, comments, messages, and reviews to foster an active online community.
- Maintain an organized social media calendar for strategic content.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential.
- Experience: You should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Social Media arena. Experience managing a Facebook group is key for this position.
- Expertise: Developing social posts to engage our audience
- Graphic Design Skills: You have experience creating impactful, visually attractive posts and videos using Canva/ Adobe Suite.
- Communication Skills: Your written and verbal communication skills should be top-notch, with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Craft compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
- Tech Requirements: Ensure you have a computer or laptop with a high-speed processor, reliable internet (min 20 MB/s), and consistent power supply.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Be prepared to work in zone hours as assigned by the client.
- Ample Workspace: A comfortable, quiet working space with an office table and chair is also required.
