- Help plan and bring to life exciting events—both online and at partner offices. You’ll assist with booth logistics, setup, and on-ground activities.
- Work with our creative team to design fun teasers, SMS announcements, and follow-ups that boost participation and app engagement.
- Make sure all event materials look great and follow Tendo’s branding guidelines.
- Capture highlights from events, such as photos and testimonials, and contribute to our social media content.
- Be the friendly face of Tendo during events—chat with users, answer questions, and gather helpful feedback to improve our tools.
- Track how events go, gather feedback, and share your insights to make the next ones even better.
- Roll up your sleeves and help with setup, from arranging booths to hosting events—it’s a hands-on role where your energy and ideas will shine!
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome, especially if you’ve had some experience planning events
at school, internships, or volunteering. - Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino—you’ll be chatting with diverse
audiences! - A natural people person who can make others feel at ease and engaged while staying
professional. - Comfortable speaking to groups and handling questions with confidence and
enthusiasm. - Basic Canva skills and an eye for creating simple, eye-catching content.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—you can juggle tasks and meet deadlines
without breaking a sweat. - Open to traveling to partner offices and being present on-site for events.
