Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating import and export shipments.
- Prepare and process cargo manifests and shipping documents.
- Monitor shipment schedules and cargo movement.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and trucking companies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics documents.
- Assist with daily logistics and administrative operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Knowledge of manifest preparation and processing
- Familiar with import and export procedures
- Knowledge of shipment coordination and logistics documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
