Operations Supervisor  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage import, export, domestic, and customs brokerage shipments.
• Coordinate and monitor pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of cargo.
• Provide accurate and timely shipment status updates to clients.
• Ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding operations from shipment booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, trucking providers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations.
• Handle operational issues, shipment delays, and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports on shipment status and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and quality service requirements.
• Supervise and support the operations team to achieve daily operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Solid experience handling import, export, domestic, and brokerage shipments.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
• Familiarity with PEZA, FDA, and CDO processes and documentation.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics or freight management systems.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.
