The Role in a Nutshell

As the Marketing Lead for Strong Pilates Philippines and its affiliate, you'll drive growth by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, utilizing creative sales techniques, and fostering strong relationships with clients, influencers, and brand ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive market research in the fitness industry, both locally and globally.
• Adapt HQ brand and marketing strategies to the local market to boost revenue and performance.
• Develop and implement brand campaigns to educate the local market about our products and services.
• Plan and manage community events and loyalty programs to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and retention.
• Create and execute innovative online marketing strategies, including content creation, success stories, and promotional offers to drive membership growth and retention.
• Support the development and execution of targeted advertising campaigns.
• Pursue partnerships with complementary businesses for cross-promotion and joint discounts.
• Manage relationships with local influencers, micro-influencers, and brand ambassadors in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Drive our digital presence by shaping our visual identity and ensuring the quality of all content.
• Establish Strong Pilates Philippines as a leading authority in the fitness lifestyle sector.

Who You Are

• Three (3) years of marketing experience with a strong grasp of branding and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong communicator with effective presentation skills.
• Loyal, hard-working, and reliable, always meeting deadlines.
• Highly organized, adept at multitasking, and detail-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, small-business environment with shifting priorities.
• Enjoys collaborating with business owners.
• Flexible, able to handle multiple roles, and willing to work flexible hours.
• Passionate about fitness.
