We are looking for individuals who can evangelize the idea that productive work can be done from anywhere! Right now businesses are spending billions on larger than necessary workspaces. The pandemic has forced businesses to consider work-from-home arrangements, but businesses are struggling to see this as a sustainable and productive way to move forward.

Squadzip is the Digital Extension of the Office, a platform that serves as a central reporting hub for all types of customer interactions, face-to-face interactions, video calls, voice calls, messaging, and more. We are looking for a few, energetic, driven individuals to help us spread this movement across the world.


THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer who can turn ideas from different teams into engaging visual content while adhering to established branding guidelines.

This role is a shared resource under the Operations Management Group, supporting Business Development, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate understands that design is not about personal style, but about creating visuals that align with the company’s brand identity and communication objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual materials for internal and external use, including but not limited to presentation decks, marketing and social media publication materials, user guides and infographics, email advisory graphics, and other branded assets.
• Execute and translate ideas, requirements, and concepts from teams into high-quality visual materials.
• Ensure all outputs strictly follow Squadzip’s branding guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
• Facilitate and contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions to help develop visual concepts and project requirements that align with Squadzip’s brand identity.
• Design graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Edit basic video content using CapCut Desktop.
• Utilize stock photos and videos, when appropriate, to support content requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute creative requests and project requirements.
• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Proficient in multimedia production tools, particularly Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut Desktop
• Strong understanding of brand consistency across all visual elements, including style, fonts, color schemes, images, and tone, in line with Squadzip’s brand identity
• Able to follow branding guidelines and apply them effectively across different types of materials
• Has a portfolio showcasing a range of creative outputs that demonstrate the ability to adapt designs to different branding requirements
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests and projects from different teams
